These guys did a fantastic job today on my car. I had a very irritating noise coming from somewhere in my suspension. I had replaced a few parts on my own, but was becoming increasingly frustrated. The guys at the shop, especially Jacob, really were committed to helping diagnose the problem, and ultimately solving the riddle that was the noise. Thanks again, gentlemen. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. They delivered what they promised and we are very happy with the results. They guarantee their work. I also liked the fact that the place was clean and well organized. Thanks John.

I went to Custom Sounds to have my windows tinted on my 2013 Kia Optima with the Formula1 Pinnacle Ceramic Window Tint, i was quoted a price over the phone and i went to there location to have the film installed, when i arrived at the store they gave me a heat demonstration of the different types of film they have, and the ceramic window tint offered the best heat blocking. It took a couple of hours to install the film, and they did an excellent job on the installation, they told me i might experience a little haziness becasus they use soapy water to install the film and they try to get as much soapy water out as possbile, and that it would take a couple of days for it to evaporate and beocme clear; however, i did not experience any haziness on my windows, they did a superior job on the install and i would recommend them to anyone. So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by "MIKE K." time & time again, to call back, because his "installer" had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of "MIKE" again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a "5 Year" warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting "MIKE" and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. "MIKE" forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that! Would NEVER go through those hoops again or do business with them again!

I took my car in a few months back to get the oil changed. Had a decent experience, it is close to my office so I was able to drop off my car and come back after work. I got the synthetic blend oil change for $20 and thought it was a great deal. I attempted to bring my car in again this morning and they told me that the $20 deal would not work for my car and I had to use the $50 full synthetic. I was extremely concerned because they either put the wrong oil in my car the first time or were trying to take advantage of me and get me to spend more money. Needless to say I did not leave my car there and will no longer use their services. The sad part is that it was the same service manager I dealt with the first time that told me the $20 deal would not work for my car. When I explained to him that I took it to him previously and was concerned that the wrong oil has been in my car for three months he shrugged his shoulders and said we will flush it out. It was absolutely ridiculous and I hope he does not feel that way with all services that they provide. Next time he may shrug his shoulders when they don't put the lug nuts on tight enough.
