After that plan ended, the first time I took my car for service because the engine was kind of sputtering, I received a diagnostic that I had to change my spark plugs and a couple of other minor adjustments and they gave me such an outrageous quote that even the Mini serviceman was surprised! Fortunately I found Uptown Motorwerks and made the drive there. Wow, what a relief. Not only were they very fast and courteous, they helped me decide what would be better to do asap, what could wait. I left them my car and had a guy from their shop drive me back to my house (not a short drive). My car was ready the very next day and a great price and has been running perfectly after that. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a service engine light come on and they diagnosed the problem at no charge even though it was a recall defect that they helped me get fixed for FREE. First off, I brought my car to BMW of The Woodlands; received horrible service and an outrageous quote! I knew my car needed a substantial amount of work. After reading other reviews for Uptown Motorwerks, I decided to have it towed there. The staff there is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They did more work that the BMW dealership had quoted me for a fraction of the cost! Plus, they let me use there loaner free of charge while the work was being complete.
