He worked through the evening to replace the jackplate contactor assembly, he reran the harness all the way back to the console, and the jack plate ‘trim’ switch. His work was thorough, he offered a ton of insight to me as a new boat owner, and stayed until about 8PM finishing the job. Price was very reasonable for on site service. Will be using them in the future!
These guys have helped me out twice now, they got me in and out the fi... read more These guys have helped me out twice now, they got me in and out the first time in very short notice, they charged me half of what other places wanted to charge and I didn't have to drop my boat off and wait two weeks to get it back. Yesterday was the second time I called them, I was on the lake and my boat was acting up. On a Saturday they made it to me in 30 minutes fixed my issue and didn't even charge me! They are good honest people and will for ever have my business ? Thanks again guys Weston Simon
Took a running motor to Quality Marine in Conroe, Tx for a shift r... read more Took a running motor to Quality Marine in Conroe, Tx for a shift repair, (Tower Shaft broke). Boat was kept 5 weeks . Numerous phone call kept getting excuses: mechanic off for rest of week; hadn't had a chance to look at it; etc. Finally got a call that II had a bad stator and 1 CDI not working; and cost to repair was $500. I declined. Cost me $225 to get boat back. Motor not running now; has no spark; found wires disconnected; plus can see obvious signs parts were changed out. DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! TJB
