Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

This is not the first time I had a problem with Mark the owner at Deerpark muffler. The first time I had him put new exhaust on my 1974 GTO I tried to go over some things with him and he told me that he was good and it had to be done the way he does it so I let him. When I picked the car up I told him that was not going to work the tail pipes where to close to the tires and I was going to put larger tire on it. He told me he didn't have a cristle ball and that he would redoo it but was going to charge me again. The next time I brought my 1968 camaro convertible I called him and made a appointment for the next morning at 8:00AM when he opened. It looked like it was going to rain but I had an obligation so I huried there at 8:00AM I get there and there was no cars on the racks. I ask him where he wanted it and he told me he didn't have room for it I should have brung it on a tuesday or wednsday that there was three are four cars ahead of me and the car had to stay all day and that I couldn't stay with it.
