In fact, this is the first one I have ever written and I'm 58 years old but I must say I felt an unbelievable desire to share my experience that I had with Swift Auto Care in Royse City, TX. I am not from Texas; in fact I live and work about 250 miles from the Royse City area and was visiting a friend when I found myself 4 hours away from home with deadlines to meet at work the following day and quite frankly at the mercy of an auto repair shop to fix my car as I was in need of immediate service. In a world where it can be extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic at a fair price I have to say I was incredibly happy to find T at Swift Auto Care. Since that time I again found myself in a similar situation when I was in this area and my headlights quit working. I didn't have to think twice about who to call. T; the owner was not only willing to help he refused to let me pay him for this service. Huge thanks to T and the employees at Swift Auto Care for getting me back on the road and home safely. You are truly an asset to this community and a blessing.
I know that when you buy a vehicle from a used car lot that it is a bu... read more I know that when you buy a vehicle from a used car lot that it is a buyer beware situation, but this was an outright swindle. The day after purchasing a used small truck we learned they had not filled the radiator with water to keep it from heating up enough to show there was a crack in the head. I would deem this to be an unfair business practice. After telling our story of woe to others, we have learned this isn't the first time Turner Auto Sales has sold an unsafe vehicle.
