took my 2008 f250 4x4 to bankston ford in burleson tx because seals where leaking on the front right side of my truck took them a week and half to fix it got it back on a thursday had to take it back two days later on saturday because the same seals they replaced where leaking they told me it wasn't there fault that it was metal shavings where one of my axles on front where in a bind and they said that my warranty was going to pay for it not them that was the service manager (paul)yelling at me and nit wanting to take blame for there screw up THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP THE ONLY THING THEY COULD BE GOOD AT IS CHANGING OIL BUT I WOULDN EVEN LET THEM DO THAT BECAUSE YOUR ENGINE MIGHT BLOW BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT DRAIN PLUG IN AND OMG THAT WOULD B YOUR FAULT NOT THERES CUZ THEY ARE SMARTER THAN YOU ........ BUT THEY ALL CAME FROM MICKEY D'SS NEXT DOOR FLIPPING BURGERS NOW THEY ARE SERVICE SPECIALIST AND HAVENT EVER TOUCHED A WRENCH DONT YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR CAR

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

how refreshing to find an automotive repair service i can really say was an excellent experience. repairs were significantly less than others had quoted and the people were outstanding. i would recomend freedom to anyone and i will return go bears

The mechanic there named Terry is a bold faced liar. Quoted me $850 worse case scenario. Had my car for a couple days, gave me a call told me again on this second occasion, $850 for parts/labor & also mentioned a $60 belt that I denied maintenance, to fix only the main problem. (2) days laters Terry tells me it's going to be $1,900. I let him know absolutely no way, so he convinces me, cons me into his front desks pre-approved on the spot loan that I'll be able to pay within a year. Paid him all my money, $1,000 so he "would be able to order parts". Now Terry says my rides ready, but I have to give him a check for $952. So basically Cookson's Transmission City has my car(house right now), my life savings, and most of my personal belongings for $150 over originally quoted on two seperate occasions.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!
