As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......

Very happy with job they did. Best price around after calling several places. He was fast and they were very friendly. Had a nice waiting room and I was able to let my kids watch tv while we waited. He made sure I understood what was needed and what it would cost. Would recommend to anyone. Very happy customer.

For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Seal blew because clutch was not installed correctly. Returned again when freon leaked again due to hose not properly tight. Today daughter reports A/C is still not cooling this summer. Took my wife's suburban for transmission replace. My wife did not even get home and said not shifting right. She had to abandon on road. I inspected and found fluid pan drain plug missing and dripping remaining fluid on ground. I told Tim what I found and he tried to deflect culpability, then I showed him pictures of what I found. Tim had the trans replaced with another. I picked-up and drove the suburban home and immediately noticed the shift indicator did not work (dash instruments). I immediately turned back and told Tim the problem. Again he just shrugged-off the lack of detail and final checkout. I will never use Rae's again.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

Driving from North Carolina to Arizona and my Discovery started to have some issues. They were able to diagnose it and repair it immediately and also gave me some great tips for future reference. Owner and all the guys in the shop are top notch. Charles Sithes

I HAD 2 CAMARO MOTORS 2ss REBUILT AND THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AT ALL MY CAMARO STILL RUN HOT AS OF RIGHT NOW I PAID THEM ON TWO MOTORS IN ALL 15,000 AND NEITHER MOTOR IS WORTH IT DAVID IS NOT A GOOD RIGHT HAND MAN BAD HORRIBLE COURTESY NOT POLITE AT ALL ANGEL THE MECHANIC AND BOSS ONLY PERSON THAT MIGHT HAVE SOME KNO HOW BUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK AT ALL THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO GET A CAR FIXED HORRIBLE WORK DIFFERENT MECHANIC WORKING ON CAR AND QUITTING THEN UR CAR MESS UP OH NOT THERE FAULT DONT GO TO THIS ENGINE REBUILDERS ON IRVING,TX THEY NO GOOD RIP OFF
