I paid for a 2011 yamaha vmax and dealt with Jennie the owner. For a month she gave me a run around on why i couldn't receive the title for the motorcycle. she recommended keyboard shippers. Keyboard shippers came to pick up the bike but Jennie was on vacation. I asked several times for the title and after 3 weeks of waiting, paypal suggested i file a claim since they can only offer buyer protection for purchases less than 45 days old. i filed a claim and Jennie then sent me the key, a bill of sale and owners manual. No title, no driver license as i requested. Then when i called Keyboard shippers they said she would not let them pick up the bike since i had an open claim against her. I told her i didn't want to do business with her and she reassured me that she would refund my money. I gave paypal her number and she didn't answer the phone when they called. She said she would call me back for my credit card number to return the $2k she charged on my visa. She never called me back to get the number. I ended up having to file a claim on my visa as well since i used it to put the initial deposit of $2k on my visa and paypal for the remaining $10k. I can't believe all of this from a motorcycle shop. I should have came on yelp first and saw the reviews before doing business with her. Thankful for visa and amex for stepping up and getting in there since paypal does not guarantee motorcycles. I ended up paying insurance on a motorcycle i never got to ride. I got parts i bought that i can't use now. stay far far away from this place. Definitely not someone i would recommend to do business with. I would give them negative stars if i could.
