SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I would NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I needed to get my catalytic converters replaced and called for a quote. Their quote was cheaper than anyone else and I already called 5 other places. But what struck me as odd was that quoted immediately, unlike the other places I called. All the other places had to do a little research and call me back. My feeling was that it might be too good to be true. And I was right. They had my car for almost two weeks and didn’t look at it until they already had it for 4 days. In the end, they never fixed the problem and just wasted my time and money. In addition, they would also say they would call back and NEVER called me back. I ALWAYS had to call them. I’ve got better things to do than to keep following up with a business that has my car. I’ve read several reviews about this place on various sites and wished I had read them and avoided this place. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
