I took my car to this shop which was provided by my insurance. first of all, they were late one week. Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
