Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. It used to be hard to find a good car repair shop. I don't know if that is true for today because we have gone to Parra Car Care for so long. If you are looking for a top-notch shop that respects it's customers and tries very hard to please them then this is one of the best. They are great mechanics!

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

Beware! Doesn't stand behind warranty work and gives you the run around. Spend the extra money to go somewhere you can trust them to stand behind their work. Very frustrating to pay a thousand dollars and in another year have to pay someone else to fix it the right way. Only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.
