Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill.
