I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. It used to be hard to find a good car repair shop. I don't know if that is true for today because we have gone to Parra Car Care for so long. If you are looking for a top-notch shop that respects it's customers and tries very hard to please them then this is one of the best. They are great mechanics!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Pravin is the owner. He will work with you to discover the problem and then propose a solution. My car had an ignition problem and after taking it to one shop where they told me they couldn't fix it, I took it to Mom's and they fixed it. Very professional operation.

Do not buy a car from this Traditional Autos dealership they will rip you off buy sellIing you a(LEMON) car with a bad motor. It will last you about 2 months and then thats when all the problems start. They put another motor in my car an charge me 2400.00 after i check they only did a head job on the motor. it been about a year later and my car is still not working. The owner Billy Braford will li...e to you and not r......eturn your phone calls. They have over a year to fix the problem, if i was you i would stay away from Traditional Auto they are all about the lies. Also Jose Luevano the head salesman will lie to you and do not care he should be able to never work as a car salesman every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie. I have to go to the Better Business on this company and Lemon Law Complaint Form to get my money back from them. there number is 972-272-7200 call them and ask why are they ripping customers off. I pay my notes on time all i ask for them, to do whst they say, I will never buy a car from this company because the owner is a dick head and think he is above all other people . After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM
