HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.
