The shop investigated and determined it was a faulty repair and agreed they would replace the whole roof. I know things go wrong sometimes but I judge a shop by how they handle mistakes. I will continue to give them my service.
In early May 2013, we hired this company to repair a small tear in our... read more In early May 2013, we hired this company to repair a small tear in our RV roof. They did a very unprofessional job and even agreed they did. After many, many unreturned phone calls and no shows to redo the job, they finally showed up in the middle of July to fix the mess they had made. Then, they asked us to pay for the redo job. When we said we did not think that was a reasonable request because it was their poor workmanship in the first place, Deborah McFadden said she would come to the RV and remove part of the roof. Unbelievable! And, the job was still not done well. These people are extremely difficult to deal with if you are unhappy. They are rude and do not care about customer service and have no pride in the work they do. There are several other complaints all over the internet about them. These people are dishonest and unprofessional and provide no customer service. I have 5 pages of notes detailing all conversations with McFaddens and about 30 pictures of the job they did and would be happy to share with anyone. BEWARE
