I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.
