I was left on the side of the road!! This company was referred to me by autozone. They were nice enough to pick up the vehicle, take me home, diagnose and fix the problem in the same day and even picked me up when the car was ready!! Now that's service!!

These guys saved the day! Had my car towed in for some battery work but because I'm working 7am to 8pm they aren't open when I'm available. Great communication from Jason over the phone about options and prices was appreciated as was the 6am pickup from my hotel. They made a stressful situation about as stressfree as possible. The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

Courteous and professional service, including shuttle service to work, and vehicle was ready earlier than promised.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

These guys fixed my car’s leaking oil problems. The garage is clean now.

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

Maurice has always and completely deliver excellent customer service. I have been going to Maurice for years. I wouldn't change it for the world. He uses good quality products and gets the job done in a timely manner. I walk away satisfied every single time. He and his workers demonstrate good customer service skills and is very patient. This is a great place to get your car's alignment fixed. The service was prompt and very reasonably priced. All my questions were answered and I actually understood what they explained to me :)

I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job. He performed a thorough checkup, found the root cause and fixed my car. I would definitely recommend his workshop for Transmission related issues.

MR.A.J. WAS THE BEST,FAIR,REASONABLE,EVEN THOUGH HE WAS CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES, HE STAYED OPEN TO DO THE INSTALLATION FOR ME. Stay away from Antoine location in Houston, Texas!!!!! They had my daughters car for 13 weeks! They made her prepay to take the car. It was a run around for 13 weeks. Lie after lie after lie. Today we sat in the shop for 4 hrs. We were not leaving until we got the car. We were not the only hot customers demanding their car either. One was an HPD officer. They are also operating under 2 names. They owners phone was not working. I have never experienced liars like this group. It is a family run business. Father, son and his wife. Con artist. They use a cell phone, no business line in the place. The son was dropping F bombs at me! They do not have any capital to buy parts or basics. We had to go out to buy their parts. They collected her money in advance too. I rate them an F-! Next morning car not running! She has given them $2500.00!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEEL REPAIR PLACE IN HOUSTON!!!! When I first came to this establishment, I was not knowledgeable on wheel/rim repair. Be that as it may, I desperately needed two rims fixed on my Lexus truck after I unexpectedly hit a curb. From the minute I walked in, the staff was courteous and answered all my questions, and trust me, I had a million. Needless to say, they were patient with me and walked me through the entire process that would take place in fixing my rims. EVERY questioned I asked Tracy, the “front desk receptionist” I believe she was; she followed up and asked George, and his abundance of knowledge calmed ALL my concerns. I expressed to Tracy I worked in the medical center so I could get my vehicle after my workday ended, and she said it was not a problem. At the close of my work shift, Tracy called to say my truck was ready. Unfortunately, I expressed to her I didn’t have a way back to the facility. (This is where the MAGNIFICENT customer service takes place.) Tracy told me it wasn’t a problem and arranged transportation for me to get back to the shop. The fact she went above and beyond for me distinguished this place really cares for its customers. In conjunction with their remarkable customer service, the craftsmanship of their repair personnel is superior! The repair they did to my rim erased the fact I ever it a curb. It was like the rims were brand new once again. I can say without a shadow of a dought the exemplary service I received at this shop made me a customer for life! I will undeniably recommend them to my family, friends, and coworkers. Thanks again, Houston Wheel Repair; you all rock!
