Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. This place is so unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.

I bought 2 new tires for the back. They rotate the front to the back and broke the stud from the front. They asked $50 for the stud then later let me know that while removing the stud they would need to replace the rolls which add $400. I asked my mechanic and he said there is no need to do all of that. The store does not allow me to take back the car. They asked $178 for the time they disconnect my front car wheel which i never asked and the car has to be tolled away. Once the car in their hand, they will find an argument that your car is un safe to drive and you cannot take it back. BE CAREFUL dealling with them unless you have time and prepared to call police.
