Infiniti service near Iowa Colony, TX

Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! This place is horrible! Do not use them. They didnt even change out the right hose that was suppose to be changed out and when I went back in because my car was making the same noise they said the hose they changed needed to be changed and there was nothing wrong with the noise my car was making, which turns out to be very wrong not only is it wrong it could damage my car if I continue to drive it that way. Long story short they didnt even try to right the wrong......
