Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM
