After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. took my 2008 f250 4x4 to bankston ford in burleson tx because seals where leaking on the front right side of my truck took them a week and half to fix it got it back on a thursday had to take it back two days later on saturday because the same seals they replaced where leaking they told me it wasn't there fault that it was metal shavings where one of my axles on front where in a bind and they said that my warranty was going to pay for it not them that was the service manager (paul)yelling at me and nit wanting to take blame for there screw up THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP THE ONLY THING THEY COULD BE GOOD AT IS CHANGING OIL BUT I WOULDN EVEN LET THEM DO THAT BECAUSE YOUR ENGINE MIGHT BLOW BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT DRAIN PLUG IN AND OMG THAT WOULD B YOUR FAULT NOT THERES CUZ THEY ARE SMARTER THAN YOU ........ BUT THEY ALL CAME FROM MICKEY D'SS NEXT DOOR FLIPPING BURGERS NOW THEY ARE SERVICE SPECIALIST AND HAVENT EVER TOUCHED A WRENCH DONT YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR CAR
