I've only ever heard positive comments about J & T Automotive so I decided to check them out. I took my car there for an oil change and inspection this past summer and couldn't believe how fast they were. I just took my car in last monday and again was EXTREMELY pleased with this place and the people that work there. I did need some repairs and they were very detailed with their explanation of the repair and the prices that went along with it. When I picked it up the next day, my car was cleaner than it had been in months and I could feel the difference in the way my car drove after the repairs. Thank you so much for your efficiency and the extra things you did for me! I will most definitely continue to go to J & T for all my car needs!

WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

Glad you take care of my car. One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. Thanks Marc

This buisness kept my car a whole week, wasn’t able to fix it. Guy was nice but I think they should get more certified, Mechanics and speed up the process ,My warranty got back to them the next day and I paid over $500 for a rental car for that week, they only worked on my car for 1 hour and they are closed on weekends, so they need to open on weekends because some people can’t get to a mechanic until the weekends . I was referred to them and I trust my friend but now he will no longer be using them either because they really dragged their feels and cost me money that I really didn’t have to give to a rental company. Plus my friend did say that they only started excepting this part of work a couple of years ago, they were only doing tires and other parts. I am not happy and I will not refer anyone to use them.

I HAD MY TRUCK AT OPEN ROAD FOR LIFTER NOISE. IT WASN'T REAL BAD BUT I WAS CONCERNED. WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK FROM OPEN ROAD THE NOISE WAS MUCH WORSE AND NOW I DONT DRIVE IT AT ALL. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK FROM OPEN ROAD I NOTICED THAT THE HEATER SWITCH WAS ON AND I TURNED IT TO THE OFF POSITION AND A POPPING NOISE STARTED UNDER THE DASH. IT NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFOR TAKING THE TRUCK TO OPEN ROAD. NOW I AM WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORTATION EXCEPT MY MOTORCYCLE AND IT IS NOW GOING TO COST ME THOUSANDS TO GET MY ENGINE FIXED BUT I SURE WON'T TAKE IT TO OPENROAD. SOMEONE FROM OPEN ROAD CALLED ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT BUT NEVER SHOWED UP CHECK ON WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK. SOMEHOW I FEEL GLAD THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO OPEN ROAD AND 'NO YOU GUYS DONT NEED TO FOLLOW UP OR CALL ME'

My 2007 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet (997) was running rough, misfiring and had an ongoing slow coolant leak. Marlon and his Team not only repaired everything, but did so in a timely and cost-effective manner (for a Porsche). Marlon and his Team have been keeping my older (2007 997 - 128K miles), on the road for more than a decade, however, this visit was different (in a good way). Orion has a new diagnostic system that actually identified all current problems and indicated future repairs or maintenance. I have referred others to Orion Auto Service and will continue to do so. I will never go a Porsche Dealership again, and if you do you are making a bad decision that will cost you money and grief.
