I required some parts and 6 hours of labor @$75 per...he invoiced me for $600 in parts and 26 hours labor!!! I offered twice the original agreement and he worked the situation like a pro, locking the front gate to prevent me from leaving!! I called 911 and three Lewisville Police Officers arrived and demanded he open the front gate. Then the Police proceeded to question the scumbag on why his invoice kept changing in regards to the amount. The police were very understanding and helped me to obtain a total price for repairs which was more in line with the work performed...I still payed more than the agreed price.

The thing that really got my attention was that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs, like some other shops have tried in the past. The owner asked me about my boats service and repair history and gave me some great advice, which will help me to take better care of my boat. Not being a mechanical type, I probably was lacking in the upkeep department and appreciate them taking the time to go over service schedules and when and why each item needs to be changed, inspected, lubricated, etc... All in All - A very good experience, that I was comfortable with. Thanks for the great service! Paul Ruggiero
