Exhaust repair service near Lake Worth, TX

Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services.
