Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
