Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. I'm a very busy working Mom with a son that plays sports so one thing I can appreciate is the valet service that DFW Storm Solutions offers. They came to my work and brought me the rental car and took my car to be fixed. They even brought the car back to me when it was done!! The time savings from dropping and picking it up myself is what made me want to use them. Not to mention I even made money on the deal because I referred some of my friends. I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I got a lot of work done at Joey's Illusion. All of it was top of the line service from start to finish. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Lone Star that came with chrome bumpers and grille. Joey and Matt swapped my bumpers for a set to be painted white to match the truck. I also had them do a custom paint job on my grille to match the truck. All of the paint came out perfect and the installation was flawless as well. I also had them install a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks to level out the front end, and they also installed a set of 35x12.50x17 wheels and tires for me. I can't say enough about what a great job these guys did. I will be bringing my truck to Joey's anytime I need work done in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!
