My skid control light came on on my 2014 Mercedes. Did not want to go to the Dealer so the local auto parts store in Webster recommended Gulf Coast Auto. I called them and scheduled an appointment, Wow nice shop, good crew and no run-around. Turns out wit was no biggy, in and out in less then a day for a fair price.

Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. These guys are VERY knowledgeable on diesels and the work was performed to my complete satisfaction! The staff is very friendly and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Brought a 85 Mercedes to have a engine redone Have put less than 300 miles on car the car stalled took to Mercedes shop and was told the engine was locked Returned vehicle to the shop for repair and now waiting to see if they will honor the warranty The bill was 7400 so I am concerned. Will provide follow up when the owner Adam addresses this issue.

They sold me 3 parts, 2 doors, and a hood, that they said were Pearl White, and the description in the ad on ebay said they were Pearl White, and they sent me SILVER doors and hood for my car, to San Diego! They told me to repaint them white, when I brought up the error to them, and won't do anything about it! Selling something that is totally different than you paid for, is called Fraud, and it is against the law, but they don't care!

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job.
