This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I took it to them at 11 am yesterday and they had me out by 5 pm. I will be taking my Prius back to Japanese Auto Repair for any future work I may need. Derrest S. Farmers Branch, TX

I'm a very busy working Mom with a son that plays sports so one thing I can appreciate is the valet service that DFW Storm Solutions offers. They came to my work and brought me the rental car and took my car to be fixed. They even brought the car back to me when it was done!! I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.
