I have been need to write a review for this shop for almost a year now... read more I have been need to write a review for this shop for almost a year now. There is a much larger "Subaru shop" that has given this place some huge negative critisism over the last few years online and yet this place continues to grow. Everytime I go up there it is bigger and better everytime. I had my 08 Outback XT engine rebuilt and then had the car tuned there back in February of 2014. Since then the car has been nothing but awesome. I chose Auto Science because of the atmosphere and the quality standards they use to put cars together with. I do find it quit dissapointing the length some people go to defame this place. The reason for this review is I met Adam at the other shop where he works and just put 2 and 2 together. This guy is leaving bad reviews everywhere and has been doing it for months, just check the dates on them. To all the Auto Science employess,Keep it up, yall kick ass!

I asked them install a radio of mine in my car and they charged around $100 for parts and installation. At that time they assured the pulling it back at any time will be free. After few months, when I went today to replace my radio with the old, they are asking me to pay again. What a BS ? They talk no other word than policy..policy. But where did their policy went during installation ? Looks like they'll change their policy as and when needed. Total BS. The manager and front staff were so rude they dont even wanted to listen what we say except for their screaming policy. If you ever wanted to go there better make sure you get everything in writing (if they provide). Don't believe in their promise. They are absolute fraud.
