This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. I called and talked to Joe about installing the Amp Reseach power running boards. Joe told me to go ahead and bring the truck and boards in and he would look at them. Joe called and gave me the price and i told him to go ahead and install them. Justin installed them with no problem and had the vehicle ready to go the next day. Had a slight problem with one side but took it back down and Justin adjusted it and had me ready to go in a short time. Great work as always, would not trust my car with anyone else!! Mark C.

My car was making a real odd noise and I thought my ac was going bad. I took it to Eagle Transmission in Mesquite. They were able to quickly diagnose that my belt tension-er was the problem. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
