I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kent and his repair facility. He is honest and fair, his prices are reasonable for work performed. Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill.
