Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

I took my car to this shop which was provided by my insurance. first of all, they were late one week. Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well.
