My cars dash lit up light a Christmas tree. Took it in and was given the bad news. After careful review of the work needing to be done, the staff at Accurate fixed the issues and my cars runs perfect. They went over any beyond to accommodate me, and save me a lot of money. The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

These guys fixed my car’s leaking oil problems. The garage is clean now.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Very professional atmosphere. The personnel was kind to bring me home due to the delay of parts. Will recommend this store to all my friends and fb post as well.

I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job. He performed a thorough checkup, found the root cause and fixed my car. I would definitely recommend his workshop for Transmission related issues.

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.

This shop is small, but they were very professional. I was told from the dealer i had several oil leaks and it would cost 2,300 dollars to fix my BMW. I heard about hi tech from a friend and they took care of me. They offered to clean off the oil first, and run the engine to verify if i had more than one leak. I didn't! It turns out i had one leak and they fixed it for less than half that. They were honest and up front about everything they told me. There are alot of rip off shops out there. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEEL REPAIR PLACE IN HOUSTON!!!! When I first came to this establishment, I was not knowledgeable on wheel/rim repair. Be that as it may, I desperately needed two rims fixed on my Lexus truck after I unexpectedly hit a curb. From the minute I walked in, the staff was courteous and answered all my questions, and trust me, I had a million. Needless to say, they were patient with me and walked me through the entire process that would take place in fixing my rims. EVERY questioned I asked Tracy, the “front desk receptionist” I believe she was; she followed up and asked George, and his abundance of knowledge calmed ALL my concerns. I expressed to Tracy I worked in the medical center so I could get my vehicle after my workday ended, and she said it was not a problem. At the close of my work shift, Tracy called to say my truck was ready. Unfortunately, I expressed to her I didn’t have a way back to the facility. (This is where the MAGNIFICENT customer service takes place.) Tracy told me it wasn’t a problem and arranged transportation for me to get back to the shop. The fact she went above and beyond for me distinguished this place really cares for its customers. In conjunction with their remarkable customer service, the craftsmanship of their repair personnel is superior! The repair they did to my rim erased the fact I ever it a curb. It was like the rims were brand new once again. I can say without a shadow of a dought the exemplary service I received at this shop made me a customer for life! I will undeniably recommend them to my family, friends, and coworkers. Thanks again, Houston Wheel Repair; you all rock!

My vehicle had misfire code, I took it in they repaired it and it was fine for a while but then I had the same issue just over a week ago I took it back they said it was a faulty coil. They warranted the work but, the check engine light is on again and it’s the same issue!!! This place was recommended to me so that’s why I went but I live about 45 min away and I’m afraid my vehicle will not make it.
