Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console.
