Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! I would NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I needed to get my catalytic converters replaced and called for a quote. Their quote was cheaper than anyone else and I already called 5 other places. But what struck me as odd was that quoted immediately, unlike the other places I called. All the other places had to do a little research and call me back. My feeling was that it might be too good to be true. And I was right. They had my car for almost two weeks and didn’t look at it until they already had it for 4 days. In the end, they never fixed the problem and just wasted my time and money. In addition, they would also say they would call back and NEVER called me back. I ALWAYS had to call them. I’ve got better things to do than to keep following up with a business that has my car. I’ve read several reviews about this place on various sites and wished I had read them and avoided this place. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
