HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair.
