Just like the last review… Over charged, didn’t do any work, and said they’d look into it/call me back. I fixed the truck while the mechanic was on phone googling. It was just a loose connection to body control module. Which he said was under my console (it wasn’t, it is behind panel under passenger side dash.) then charged me $149. When they did’t even work on it. I understand the fee for coming and trying to figure out what it is, but yall should not have charged for work.I am still waiting over a week later

Brake/rotors & mass air flow sensor

Honestly I’m so disappointed with this company. I’ve raved about them for months, any customers that had car issues - I’d send them here. They had on point customer service and tbh I actually trusted mechanics for the first time. It was a nice change. Idk what changed but I’ve currently been waiting now for a week, for a *promised same day* phone call, to just explain why I was charged $120 more per rotor ($261 each) and why my invoice changed the day after they worked on my car. “It’s a computer glitch” “I dont know” and “I’ll Have to look into this and call you back” those were the last words I was told a week ago. To which I said, promise you’ll call back? Cause yesterday the guy same the same thing. My car wasn’t fixed, still has a problem.. they said they’d come back out the next day. Never showed. Said they did, and the car wasn’t there - which wasn’t true, because I left my car there the entire day knowing they were coming back. Just tired of people not doing what they say they’ll do and lying about simple mistakes. Life happens, I get it. The avoidance and lack of care is the real issue. Sad to see it happen to a local small company.
