After calling all over the place, Universal Transmission was the only place that would clear and reset the codes on my wife's BMW After doing so, the guy helping me told me that cylinder 4 was misfiring and that it was probably the ignition coil. After I replaced it, the car worked perfect. I highly recommend UNIVERSAL TRANSMISSION. Thanks guys!!!..

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Visited Logan's Auto this past Saturday for a inspection and my brakes in the back were making noise. As always, very professional and forth coming. The technician broke off my gas cap and preceded to tell me "it was damaged before I arrived." My gas cap was fully connected to my car before I arrived. He broke it and was rude and unprofessional. Horrible, horrible service! Is it unreasonable to expect your car to leave inspection in the same condition that it entered inspection? Do not get your car inspected here because when they damage your car they will not take responsibility!
