Howard had to drive all the to Houston to get parts for my Cadillac. He did a great job and is very very reasonable. I would recommend him anytime of the week.

After 2 months in the service department at ProPowersports of Conroe, I was finally able to pick up my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja last night. Aside from the fact that it took far too long for them to fix my bike, and apart from the fact that their service management is the world’s worst about not returning phone calls and keeping the customer updated on the repair status, there are other reasons I will never do business with this company again. Less than a month before I took the bike to them on July 20th, I had replaced all the fairings and other body panels with brand-new parts and new fasteners. There were no scratches or chips in any of these when I dropped the bike off, and now, there are multiple scratches and paint chipped off of just about every panel on the bike. In addition, at some point during the 2 months the bike was in their shop, it also picked up two new dents in the gas tank as well as a couple of new scratches. Several of the fasteners were also missing, including almost every fastener that holds the lower cowl piece to the side panels. I noticed before I even got home that the left turn signal did not work. Upon further examination, it was apparent that someone had “borrowed” the bulb out of the front blinker and didn’t bother to replace it. Additionally, the instrument panel lights no longer work on the bike, either. The fitment of the body panels between one another is shoddy at best and nowhere near as well-installed as it was when I put them on back in June. To add insult to injury, the new stainless steel socket-head bolts that hold the side panels to the gas tank had been swapped for screws that were yellow-zinc coated and not even the same f-ing thread pattern! I am also missing my frame sliders that I installed brand new in June when I installed the new body panels. My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

Its the second time i take my four wheelers there to service and its been 3 weeks and they still dont fix them i had to pick them up and take them somewhere else. Horrible and slow workplace.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I recently brought in 2 WaveRunners for annual service. The FIRST thing Joe (I think the service manager) said was that if these aren't properly winterized the cylinders will rust and the next time you start them, the cylinder will be damaged resulting in needing a new engine. This was BEFORE he even saw them. I told him that one was running fine and the other was acting like it needed carb work. He never called me like he said he would so I called him 2 days later. He said that they did a compression check and BOTH needed new engines then probably carb work. This would cost around $7000. He gave me the compression numbers of about 90 psi per cylinder. I knew that he was lying because I had driven them BOTH 4 days earlier. One was acting sluggish. The other topped out at almost 60mph with no issues. When I went in to pick them up, they tried to charge me $320 for compression check. This is a procedure that takes about 10-15 minutes. Next, I took them to a small shop on Lake Houston. He let me WATCH him do the compression check. Guess what? All 6 cylinders were at 120. That is PERFECT!! He is rebuilding the carbs and will have them for me next week. Please, Please, Please Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Joe had also told me that the last 6 (3 pair) ahead of me ALL needed new engines. I had to give them a 1 star rating because a zero wasn't available. I should also mention that I live in Katy and took my waverunners all the way to Lake Houston ( I don't use them at Lake Houston) for repair. I don't care how far you have to drive to get away from this place...DO IT.
