The plateau Truck stop has been under new management and now the new management has improved the look and feel of the store. The coffee is fresh the rest rooms are clean and the restaurant is serving the all important American food we love to eat. The new manager John is a real professional and knows what he is doing. I will recommend this truck stop to all my trucker buddies and especially the new menu in the Plateau Restaurant.
