They always explain what is wrong in detail and send pictures so you can feel confident what they find is exactly what is needed. I had one day left before a big move across country, and after calling several shops, this was the only place that had time to give me an oil change and look into a problem with the brakes. I got it all done before noon, and he gave me a discount. I made it to DC without any car trouble! I don't usually write reviews, but this shop saved my butt!
