roadside assistance
We were in a Penske moving truck on Sunday, Sept 2, 2012 when it broke down. They called Jolly truck and Trailer for them to come help us. They were an hour away. it took them 5 hours before they finally showed up. It was over 100 degrees and we had 2 kids and a dog. When he finally got there, he had 2 friends with him. He called my husband an idiot because he thought the truck was just out of gas, which it wasn't. He was totally unprofessional and I have reported them to Penske. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!!
