Highly recommend Trinity Auto Haus for any vehicle repair. The highest compliment I can give, I would recommend my parents to Trinity Auto Haus if they still had a vehicle.

Took my vehicle to them as I thought I'd save a few dollars going to them over the dealer. What a mistake. Got it home and it was leaking transmission fluid. Took it back to them and they supposedly put another gasket on it. Got it home and it still leaked. Took it back to them again and they supposedly replaced a transmission bolt. Got it home and it still leaked. Took it back a third time and they supposedly resealed it. Guess what.. Got it home and it STILL leaked. Fed up with their incompetence by now. Took it to the dealer and it doesn't leak any longer. Based on my experience I would NOT recommend them.

The most important part was they were very, very honest. They were also reasonably priced. They didn't even charge me for all the diagnostic work done! They have a great network with other shops in the area that can help with certain problems as well as tow truck companies, dealers, etc. They even helped me find potential buyers for the vehicle when I decided not to have it fixed myself. You won't find a nicer, more honest bunch of mechanics in Waco!
