I really appreciated his recommendation of a very reliable and honest towing company. He didn't charge me a thing for checking it out. I determined that the repair would be more than the car was worth. He allowed me to leave the car there for another day while I contacted a scrapping company to haul it away. I appreciated how helpful he was I took care of the problem at a distance. It is always scary to have a break down away from home -- so I especially appreciate how well I was treated while taking care of this crisis.
