My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.
