Diesel oil change
I'll never go back. I took my class A motorhome in for an oil change and some other repairs. I asked A and W to call if they were going to exceed $400. The request was written on the work order. They called me to say my RV was done and the bill was over $900?!?!?! What happened to the phone call for authorization? The price for the work done was reasonable, the quality of work was good, but I wasn't prepared to spend that much and would have postponed some of the work. A business only gets to do that to me once. Thanks, but no thanks, I will not be back.
