The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front end repair done The only reason I took my bronco there was because another shop quoted me $1000 for the repair and alignment. A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.

Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! !IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN DO NOT GO HERE, THE OWNER WILL OVER CHARGE YOU, DEGRADE YOU AND HUMILIATE YOU!! HE WILL THEN ASK IF YOURE “DADDY CAN PAY THE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF STUFF THEY DID TO YOUR CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION SINCE YOU REFUSED AND NEVER AGREED. I was at this shop yesterday for a simple smoke test to find out what was wrong with my car, we agreed on a smoke test only, I left my car for a few hours to get a call back that the owner of the shop “went ahead “ and fixed a bunch of stuff we didn’t even go over, he then continued to go in about how I had to pay for the gas because he DROVE MY CAR TO GET PARTS I DIDNT APPROVE OR EVEN AWARE I NEEDED. He was very unprofessional and when I said we didn’t agree on that and why he didn’t call me he said that he did it out of his goodwill just to fix it and I had to pay the bill I had no idea of, a simple 100$ smoke test went up too over 600-700$ in labor and repairs. He then degraded me and humiliated me by shoving his finger in my face and telling me I am not speak until he does. This is an old man talking to a 25 years old woman, he swore and stated that he never wants to see me or my “fucking car “ agian. I had to have my dad come in and help me due to the disrespect and this man making me cry and feeling cornered and helpless. IF MY DAD WOULDNT HAVE COME IN THIS MAN WOULD HAVE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME TO THE POINT I WAS SO CLOSE TO CALLING THE COPS. This man then told me to step out of the room so him and my dad could talk even though I was the paying customer , he degraded me and made me feel like as a woman I had no power, and I needed my “dad” and at that point no 25 year old woman should have to call her dad crying over a man degrading and humiliating and “shhsing “ his grown daughter over trying to figure out a payment plan. He agrees to 300$ all I had at the time and I said that’s fine but I will be letting other young woman know that you take advantage and he continued to say “I will just raise the price agian” I honestly do t know why I didn’t call the cops on this disgusting crook This man is a terrible man and if you’re reading this review I hope you know I will be getting other people to leave reviews. You should not be in business and you need some mental help on top of that, you are a disgusting human being.
