took my car into One Stop for an inspection that I thought was needed. They gave me a emissions test that I did not need. Charged me $55.00. Was very surprised...I stated, did not need emissions only an inspection after they told me I owed $55.00. They stated that vehicles 4 years or older are now required for emissions every year. I debated with them and they looked at there required chart and continued to state I needed an emissions. I took there word on it and paid. Came home looked it up on Utah Division web site to find out they are thiefs running a business. They also advertise $30 oil change. I asked how much for an oil change they said it would be $41. need I say more? cant imagine what would happen if they actually worked on a vehicle. Stay away...they are desperate to pull of such an act and will soon be out of business.

I'm from out of town and my brakes went out. They stayed late on a Saturday night and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommended! Barbara B.

Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for good, quality, honest and reliable automotive work. -Kyle

!IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN DO NOT GO HERE, THE OWNER WILL OVER CHARGE YOU, DEGRADE YOU AND HUMILIATE YOU!! HE WILL THEN ASK IF YOURE “DADDY CAN PAY THE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF STUFF THEY DID TO YOUR CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION SINCE YOU REFUSED AND NEVER AGREED. I was at this shop yesterday for a simple smoke test to find out what was wrong with my car, we agreed on a smoke test only, I left my car for a few hours to get a call back that the owner of the shop “went ahead “ and fixed a bunch of stuff we didn’t even go over, he then continued to go in about how I had to pay for the gas because he DROVE MY CAR TO GET PARTS I DIDNT APPROVE OR EVEN AWARE I NEEDED. He was very unprofessional and when I said we didn’t agree on that and why he didn’t call me he said that he did it out of his goodwill just to fix it and I had to pay the bill I had no idea of, a simple 100$ smoke test went up too over 600-700$ in labor and repairs. He then degraded me and humiliated me by shoving his finger in my face and telling me I am not speak until he does. This is an old man talking to a 25 years old woman, he swore and stated that he never wants to see me or my “fucking car “ agian. I had to have my dad come in and help me due to the disrespect and this man making me cry and feeling cornered and helpless. IF MY DAD WOULDNT HAVE COME IN THIS MAN WOULD HAVE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME TO THE POINT I WAS SO CLOSE TO CALLING THE COPS. This man then told me to step out of the room so him and my dad could talk even though I was the paying customer , he degraded me and made me feel like as a woman I had no power, and I needed my “dad” and at that point no 25 year old woman should have to call her dad crying over a man degrading and humiliating and “shhsing “ his grown daughter over trying to figure out a payment plan. He agrees to 300$ all I had at the time and I said that’s fine but I will be letting other young woman know that you take advantage and he continued to say “I will just raise the price agian” I honestly do t know why I didn’t call the cops on this disgusting crook This man is a terrible man and if you’re reading this review I hope you know I will be getting other people to leave reviews. You should not be in business and you need some mental help on top of that, you are a disgusting human being.

Sean came to replace a fuel Pump (that we provided). He gave me a quote of $330 and 3hr job. After a couple hrs. he came to me and said he couldn't get the ring off even after buying a specialty part. He then told me he had to buy a new ring. Two weeks later he came back and after I think another 3 hrs. he charged me $169. He then said you have an exhaust leak to which I said I know. Then he said "It would've been nice to know it had a full tank of gas". Does he think since he was here the first time I went and filled it? A few days later we took to get the exhaust leak when they put it up on the rack they said "did someone work on this recently?" They showed me he didn't bolt on on of the tank straps, left 2 hoses unconnected and the ring was all buggered up and had a hole gas was leaking out. So it was clear to me he put on the old ring. When I called him he said "we can cover it under warranty and said " I put it on hand tight and I have video of it." I said I was under the van and had pictures which I sent him. He set an appt for Dec 23 haven't seen or heard him since. He seems like nice guy but I would never trust him to touch my cars ever again.
