I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for... read more I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale, in the office while waiting for the salesman, I asked a customer who was there waiting if she had good experiences here and she enthusiastically said that she brought all her work to them and felt well taken care of. I decided to buy the Pilot and literally the next day, after signing all the "as is" paperwork, it's check engine light came on and the starter started acting up. Naturally, I called them, hoping they would help but half expecting them to throw some kind of band-aid on the problems to put me off. But they took good care of me thoroughly fixing the intake problem which was causing it to throw a code, they also replaced the starter with a used one. While I would have loved to have gotten a new starter, getting it replaced with one that worked felt fair. My general impression was that they genuinely want to do the right thing, I think they know what they're doing, take pride in their quality of work and overall integrity. I would comfortably buy another car from them and if I lived closer I'd use them for their repair and maintenance services.

I also had known that my manifold gasket had a leak and that is why coolant had been leaking for awhile, but I never had the time or money to take it in. The Saturday I brought the Alero in to fix the starter, Troy pointed out the gasket leak and had a quote for me before I even asked.

The only times you get to see them is something is wrong or your preventing something going wrong. But With my experience with these guys I would definitely recommend them, The trouble was not only identified quickly, but also shown and explained. That is something that I have never ever had happen and it was certainly a welcome surprise. Thanks again guys!
