Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. DO NOT under any circumstances take your car to this facility. Please share with your Facebook friends.

Went there as a female and was totally taken advantage of. Engine light on given code told would take 2 days to pinpoint exactly what was wrong because Mercedes are set up that way. They had my car for one week, discussed everything, but Engine light kept displaying engine light. Discussion stating waiting for a different scanner for Mercedes car at the end of the week. $1000 dollars later (motor mounts and everything else) given a Mercedes only Rhine code (same code as if I'm stupid) and told had to go to a Mercedes dealership. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS HONESTY IS EVERYTHING. Just wanted my money even though they knew from the beginning they couldn't help me. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

I cannot say enough good things about this garage! Jasbir and his team of technicians are wonderful. As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. PLEASE NOTE: there are two Exxons across the street from each other at this intersection of Rockville Pike and NIcholson Lane. I've been going to Marv & Mikes for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed. When I married, my husband was a "dealership " person. He finally became frustrated with prices and poor service. I'm glad to be back to using Marv & Mike. They never fail me.

Fantastic job!! I did not even recognize my vehicle when I picked it up...& on top of everything they even gave it a wash. Very impressed.

“I was dissatisfied with the service provided as they failed to inform me about the need for a re-inspection. Upon returning, I was charged again for a new inspection because the initial one had expired. This caused inconvenience, as I couldn’t register my car at the MVA. Additionally, during the second inspection, they insisted on repairing a part of my vehicle that the dealer confirmed was not necessary. It seems they prioritize profit over genuine service, leaving me to cover costly repairs for something that isn’t even faulty.”and I have to bring my car i again to be re inspected so I hope this time pass and they don’t came out with something else !!
